Breaking Down Our Easter 2023 Big Day Numbers

How we doubled our attendance and had our biggest service ever!

Today I was reflecting back on Easter Sunday.

It was a huge blessing for us at Joy Church (the church I pastor).

We had well over 100 people respond to Christ.

Over 1500 people attended.

We sent out over 40 welcome boxes to new families.

Unbelievable day.

I estimate we had over 500 guests from our marketing and outreach.

How did we do it?

And how can you replicate it?

Let's dive in.

It starts with believing two really important things.

First, God wants your church to grow more than you do!

Second, the Holy Spirit is already at work drawing people in your community.

That's where our invitation system comes in.

Because we believe the harvest is ripe, we invite as many people to church as possible!

Our goal is to make it IMPOSSIBLE to ignore our church.

It has 2 parts.

Part 1 is personal invites - we equip and empower the members of our church to make disciples.

Part 2 is marketing/outreach - we use social media, tv, radio, and other marketing to canvas the community.

For part 2 we use Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more!

End result...a lot of people hearing the Gospel and choosing to follow Jesus!

I've created a simple step by step course to learn our marketing method.

It's called the "Facebook Invitation System" but you can use it for any type of marketing.

The system works for any type of marketing.

It’s a great starting place.

You can generate some quick wins and momentum with what’s taught in the course.
