How To Maximize Your Church Outreach
Knock, Knock…this isn’t a joke.
Yesterday, I had lunch with a wonderful pastor in my city who planted his church in the late 70s.
He shared with me that he personally knocked on 16,000 doors that first year inviting people to church!
I’ve got HUGE respect for that level of effort.
I told him he beat our record of around 8,000 doors. And we didn’t knock we did door hangers.
But then our conversation shifted to what’s working now…
Because he wanted to know how we’re seeing such a huge response of people coming to our church.
So I shared with him about how we knock on “digital doors” in the form of simple 30 second video invite ads on Facebook, Youtube, and Instagram.
With this strategy we reach thousands of people every week with a personal invite to church…
And we see first-time guests every Sunday.
It’s amazing to me that we live in an age with tools like social media advertising available to us!
We get to amplify and multiply the world’s greatest message!
If you’re not using this strategy to invite people to church it’s time to jump on board.
I lay out the whole process in the Facebook Invitation System course.
It’s a whole lot easier on the knees than walking the streets and knocking on doors!

Help Me Encourage Pastors!
If you’re reading this you probably know I send a newsletter almost every day (at least 350 per year. And if you didn’t know…I write them myself! It’s the equivalent of writing 10-15 books per year. I get dozens of replies and responses from pastors that share how this daily email encourages them. Right now it goes out to over 33,000 pastors/church-leaders!
But, it’s definitely a time-consuming and challenging task! I spend at least an hour a day on average studying, writing, and managing this newsletter. Over the past few months I’ve considered doing less or stopping the newsletter altogether. Then I get a response from someone and it encourages me to keep going. Here’s where you come in.
I want to focus on writing great content, sharing it with more pastors, and LESS time on creating paid offers and selling. To do that I need your help.
