Not enough guests is demotivating to your volunteers. They lose heart then start serving less and less.
When there’s no growth it kills the culture and feels like a lack of vision. So people stop giving generously.
And worst of all, discipleship suffers!

There are guests every Sunday. Plenty of hands to do the work. Plenty of resources to fund the vision and mission. Lots of disciples being made!
