A few years back I went deep down the research rabbit hole of Infinite Banking.

It's a super interesting concept and I enjoyed learning and exploring...

In the process I met some really cool people that openly shared their time and experience.

One of the insurance salesmen that I talked to was incredibly generous with his time.

Of course he had a product to sell but he went above and beyond...

And something he said really stuck with me.

He said, "When you invest with us you get access to much more than the product. You get a place at the campfire!"

He was referencing the wealth of experience and wisdom at their particular firm.

And what he said made a lot of sense!

Because by investing in their initial product a customer would gain access to all of their advisors, conferences, training, etc.

That concept stuck with me.

Because when I started coaching fellow pastors a few years back I only thought about the product!

I told people how great the courses were and how they could help...

The focus was on the product.

Which is honestly really great!

Our courses have helped thousands of pastors and churches over the years...

It's really good, step by step training...

But...

I've come to realize that the REAL and lasting value we provide isn't our library of courses...

It's the campfire.

Because inside UpLevel Leader we have a roster of incredible coaches with deep experience and wisdom to share.

But that's just the tip of the iceberg...

We also have a community!

It's a community of growth-minded pastors and church leaders that are working together (though we're all over the world) to expand and extend the Kingdom of God.

It's the campfire.

And it provides warmth, light, and safety...

That's why I unabashedly promote and celebrate UpLevel Leader!

We're learning and growing together.

Learning how to use new technology and tools to proclaim the gospel and make disciples.

It's also a community - with a private members group for encouragement and interaction.

With a weekly live ZOOM call (been doing it before it was popular, haha) with top leaders from around the world and it's highly educational, encouraging, and challenging.

In my admittedly biased opinion you have to work pretty hard not to grow personally and see your church grow numerically when you're a part of UpLevel Leader!
