- What Kind Of Leader Can You Be?
One of the worst things in life is wasted potential.
But unfortunately it’s far more common than we think.
Because it’s almost impossible to measure!
Think about it.
It’s easy to measure what you can see.
But potential is an abstract concept.
Think about the speedometer in your car.
It might say 150 mph or even 200 mph but we rarely (or hopefully never!) go that fast!
So the fact that your car can go that fast is just an idea or concept.
Now think about the speedometer of your life and leadership.
I believe God has called every one of us to MUCH MORE than we’re currently experiencing.
More fruitfulness. Influence. Impact.
Take a minute and imagine the absolute BEST version of yourself.
Seriously, do it!
What does your marriage look like, your family? How about your finances? Your physical health and fitness? How do you handle yourself in conflict? How about in success? What does your staff/team think about you? Are you an inspirational leader that people love to follow?
Keep it up!
Keep thinking about the ideal version of yourself.
The version of you that shows up to win every day in every area of life…
That person exists in the realm of potential.
And maybe you’ll never get all the way there.
But I’m willing to bet you can get a lot closer than you think!
Heres the deal.
Most leaders lack the vitamin they provide to others…LEADERSHIP!
Think about it. As pastors and leaders we provide challenge and encouragement to the people around us all the time!
But unless we intentionally seek out and surround ourselves with that same type of coaching and leadership we rarely receive it…
That's why I'm so passionate to help pastors and leaders through UpLevel Leader.
