Would You Attend Your Church?

Here's a provocative question to ask...

So buckle up!

Pastor, would you attend your church?

Don't rush to answer.

Think it over.

Chew on it long enough to truly be honest.

Because I'm willing to bet it won't be as easy to shout "Yes!" as you may think.

When you ask the question and then take the time and effort to ponder it, something important happens.

You start seeing the cracks...

The small, often unnoticed fault lines in the foundation.

Maybe it's the discipleship class...

You know...the one with the weak theology that you've been meaning to update for years.

Or it's the worship...

Or perhaps an issue with a key leader or staff member.

Or just the general vision, direction, and trajectory.

Thing is, as leaders we are often subtly blind to what needs to change.

But the question, "Would you attend your church?" opens up a new way of thinking.

Ask it.

See where it leads you.

Alright, that's what I have for you today!

Blessings.

Talk soon,

Pastor Jake
